You can select from three package options for your wedding, each offering various services. Additionally, you have the flexibility to customize any package with our additional services. Let us be your all-in-one solution!

For parties over 75 people, we suggest an assistant coordinator to enhance your service experience. With numerous tasks at hand, your main coordinator will be pulled in various directions. The assistant coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that no details are overlooked, your guests are taken care of, and all of your needs are met.


Our Coordination Package

You are a couple who is very involved and has put in all the groundwork; now you just need assistance to bring it all together seamlessly.

Even though our coordination package focuses on the month of your event, we jump into action as soon as you hire us. You will receive an initial planning consultation via Zoom and have unlimited email access to our team for any queries, contract reviews, or simply for support.

Leading up to your special day, we collaborate closely with you to finalize schedules and arrangements, liaise with vendors, make sure to include any cultural customs, and manage the rehearsal, allowing you to relax and savor the moment.

On the day of your wedding, we are the first ones to arrive and the last to leave. We oversee the venue and decor setup as per the plan, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the ceremony flows smoothly.

Following your photo session and grand entrance, we take care of everything from resolving any issues that arise to handling final vendor payments, and of course, ensuring a drink is always in your hand!

Our Partial Planning Package

Our partial planning package typically commences six months before the wedding, but we dive into action as soon as you bring us on board.

During our first meeting, we catch up on your progress so far and pinpoint where you need assistance moving forward. You'll have unlimited email access to our team, and we'll help secure any additional vendors you require from our trusted vendor list.

Similar to our coordination package, we assist in finalizing your schedule, reviewing contracts, and overseeing the rehearsal. Moreover, we confirm all services, attend venue walk-throughs and one other vendor appointment of your choice, aid in creating a detailed layout for vendors and staff to ensure a seamless setup, and acquire any personal items necessary for the celebration.

On the big day, we handle the venue and decor setup as per the plan, coordinate with vendors and distribute final payments, ensure a flawless ceremony, and manage any last-minute alterations. We come equipped with an emergency bridal kit, welcome and guide guests, address any final requests, and make sure the clean up and returns go according to plan.

Our Full-Scale Planning Package

For couples looking for a hands-off experience, our End-To-End Event Execution package is the perfect choice. Enjoy a stress-free engagement as we tailor and organize everything based on your budget and preferences.

Includes Assistant Coordinator

With this package, our initial consultation delves into your identity as a couple, focusing on your values and desired wedding representation. We provide guidance on color schemes, design concepts, and styles. You'll have unlimited phone and email support during business hours, along with up to 5 hours of professional consultation.

Throughout the planning phase, we help create a detailed budget and floor plan, assist in selecting a venue and suitable vendors, coordinate vendor meetings, act as the main liaison for all vendors and partners, review contracts, finalize details, gather necessary items, attend venue walkthroughs and vendor meetings, arrange accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests, and manage your rehearsal

On your special day, we handle all the details. From setting up the venue and decorations to organizing the ceremony and handling any last-minute changes, we've got it covered.

Our team brings along an emergency bridal kit, ensures everything runs on schedule, and works closely with vendors from start to finish.

We greet and assist guests, help coordinate traditional events, and manage vendor payments. As the event wraps up we supervise the cleanup and handle rental returns for smooth and seamless experience
